Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Low/Mid Season: $100 Deposit at time of booking. Balance paid 7 days prior to arrival, processed from CC on file unless other arrangements are made. Cancellation of booking; a refund of deposit less $50 admin fee if more than 7 days notice is given. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date, full payment is non-refundable.

High Season (Easter/Christmas): $200 deposit at time of booking. Balance paid 28 days prior to arrival, processed from CC on file unless other arrangements are made. Cancellation of booking; a refund of deposit less $100 admin if more than 28 days notice is given. Cancellation within 28 days of arrival date, full payment is non-refundable.

NB: The above also applies to NO SHOWS.

Credit card payment incur a 1.5% surcharge.


CHECK IN time is FROM 2PM. Please contact our Reception if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your Bungalow/Unit cannot be guaranteed until 2PM. Please note the office may close at 4.00pm M-F and between 12:00pm - 2:00pm on weekends. Should you be arriving after this time, please contact us on the morning of your arrival so we can arrange your Out of Hours Arrival.

CHECK OUT time is 10AM.


A valid Credit Card will be required on arrival if not already supplied, and the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. You will also be required to present photo ID on arrival.
